国際的な銀行グループのコンプライアンス系アプリケーション(Actimise を含む)を、フォロー・ザ・サン体制の国際サポートチームで担当します。1年(更新可)、モントリオール、週3日出社。
国際的な銀行グループが、規制対応アプリケーションの本番サポートチームを強化しています。チームは他のタイムゾーンと連携するフォロー・ザ・サン体制です。
- 本番監視とインシデント対応(1日あたり4〜5件程度)
- インシデントのライフサイクル管理とレベル3へのエスカレーション
- 他タイムゾーンのチームとの引き継ぎ
- 原因分析と本番変更の調整
- コンプライアンス部門と連携した Actimise の運用
- L1/L2 のアプリケーション本番サポート経験
- Actimise またはコンプライアンス系アプリケーションの経験があれば尚可
- 流暢な英語(英文レジュメ)、フランス語は歓迎
- モントリオール中心部、週3日出社、勤務時間10時〜18時
- 1年の案件(更新の可能性が高い)
