Lead digital proposals at ABB using technical and commercial expertise in a hybrid schedule of three days per week. Shape accurate bids. This regional leader develops and coordinates competitive proposals supporting customer needs and business growth. The work combines solution consulting, pricing, stakeholder management, and risk oversight. You will guide complex, multi-technology bids across sales, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and quotations aligned with requirements
- Develop technical, commercial, and financial bid documentation
- Coordinate bid activities and quality deliverables
- Manage assumptions, decisions, documentation, and bid outcomes
- Monitor performance and capture lessons learned
Requirements:
- 12+ years in automation, digital solutions, proposals, sales, or execution
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-technology bids
- Bachelor of Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering
- Understanding of APM, APC/RTO, MES, EMS, and Industrial AI
- Commercial capability in pricing, margins, contracts, and risks
- Bring digital solutions knowledge, commercial judgment, and proposal leadership to ABB’s regional bid development and business growth efforts.
