The Regional Digital Solutions Proposal Leader develops coordinated bids supporting customer needs and business growth. You will manage technical, commercial, and financial documentation while working with sales teams, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The position covers complex, multi-technology opportunities across industrial automation and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and quotations aligned with requirements
- Develop pricing, scope, delivery assumptions, and bid documentation
- Coordinate bid activities and complete quality deliverables on time
- Identify commercial, contractual, and project risks
- Capture lessons learned to improve bid quality and win rates
Requirements:
- 12+ years in relevant industrial, digital, proposal, or sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-technology bids
- Knowledge of APM, APC/RTO, MES, EMS, and Industrial AI
- Commercial capability in costing, pricing, margins, contracts, and risk
