Create, manage and update detailed project schedules, including critical path and variance analysis; Map, engage and unite all key project stakeholders; Ensure strategic alignment, stakeholder expectation management, and removal of organizational roadblocks; Design, deploy and update dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs); Prepare, facilitate and document progress reviews, committees and workshops; Identify, assess and monitor risks and opportunities (R&O) as well as their mitigation plans; Structure action reviews and ensure rigorous follow-up, including reminding responsible parties and updating statuses; Design communication materials, such as project kits and presentations, and lead awareness sessions. You hold a bachelor's degree (engineering, business school, or university) or equivalent experience; You possess solid and proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager, ideally in an industrial or complex environment; You master the fundamentals of project management (deadlines, costs, resources, risks) as well as planning tools; You know how to design dashboards (KPIs), analyze the critical path, and process complex data in a simple and visual way; You are bilingual (French and English).
