Responsibilities:
- Support Engineering, Methods, Quality Assurance, and Supplier Quality functions.
- Coordinate consolidation and produce financial governance for overhead costs.
- Involvement in the financial cycle; specifically compilation, analysis, and preparation of the financial governance of current results, budget preparation, and annual forecasts produced 3 times during the fiscal year.
- Produce financial governance for supported functions and consolidated results:
- Monthly production of current results (EBIT and unit costs) and comparative analyses against forecasts and the annual budget.
- Produce and ensure tracking of the annual budget.
- Produce financial forecasts for the current year.
- Support partners in the Purchasing process.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Perform month-end tasks: Variance analysis and corrective actions, Period-end provisions, Cost allocations, Preparation and presentation of the financial governance for each supported function.
Profile sought:
- Academic background: hold a recognized accounting designation (Chartered Professional Accountant) or equivalent.
- Experience: a minimum of five years of experience is required.
- Mastery of the Office suite and particularly demonstrating an advanced level in Excel.
- Have an advanced level of French and functional English (important for communication within the client site's multilingual environment and technical documentation).
- Mastery of SAP is an important asset.
