As part of our operations in Canada, AAA Canada is looking for a Project Manager – Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the activities of one of our clients, a major player in the Canadian aerospace industry. You will act as a strategic partner to the IPT lead and actively contribute to driving projects by ensuring objectives are met regarding deadlines, costs, quality, and performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the IPT lead in driving project objectives for time, cost, quality, and performance.
- Support decision-making based on operational needs and ensure issues are escalated when necessary.
- Establish, structure, and manage IPT governance.
- Develop, harmonize, and keep the roadmap up to date in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
- Monitor internal and external project activities regarding deadlines, costs, quality, and performance.
- Develop, harmonize, and update integrated project plans.
- Identify, document, and integrate lessons learned.
- Ensure proactive management of risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with various program stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and program management practices.
Profile Sought:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in project or program management.
- Experience or technical knowledge in aircraft development and commercial operations.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership, autonomy, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
- Advanced skills with the Google Suite and project management and planning tools.
