Job Duties:

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Maintain reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• Hire and train new personnel for sales; maintain reports for the same.
• Maintain and follow proper health and safety standards, practice cleanliness and maintain proper store image and displays.
• May perform managerial duties such as opening and closing of the store, handling escalated client complaints, and implementing new marketing strategies
