Lead organizational dashboards in Montreal’s hybrid environment, applying advanced analytics and data management to support senior leadership decisions. As Director within Morgan Stanley’s Workforce Architecture & Risk Management team, you will execute the organizational dashboard program. The work spans Human Resources, Technology, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, and business stakeholders. You will support performance management, compensation processes, enterprise workforce governance, and process transformation. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee dashboard data integrity, validation, monitoring, and quality control Analyse complex datasets, metrics, and KPIs for business insights Partner with Technology on sourcing, automation, and analytical capabilities Manage priorities, deliverables, escalations, and stakeholder alignment Prepare executive reporting and presentations for senior leadership Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of experience Advanced analytical and data management skills Cross-functional project and programme management experience Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills Expert Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and data modelling Apply workforce analytics, dashboard governance, Excel expertise, and executive communication to advance Morgan Stanley’s organizational performance reporting.
