This retail management opportunity supports the Store Leader across daily store activities. You will provide employee training, coaching, and customer service leadership while supporting merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion. The role emphasizes employee development, productivity, retention, and store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader
- Train, coach, and develop store employees
- Support merchandising and marketing program implementation
- Handle cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
- Maintain clean, safe, presentable, well-stocked store conditions
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or retail management experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred, unless experienced
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel computer proficiency preferred
- Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance
