Water Operations Field Operator

Support water transfer and treatment operations near Fort St. John, British Columbia, on a 14 days on, 14 days off rotation.

Pacific Canbriam Energy is recruiting Water Hub Operators for its expanding Water Operations division. Reporting to Water Operations Leads, you will support water storage, injection, pipelines, plant operations, and frac support. The position requires direction-taking, new skill development, team support, and strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support safe water transfer, treatment, storage, and injection
• Maintain water storage, equipment, pipelines, and plant operations
• Provide leadership and guide team members toward objectives
• Supervise contractors following company policies and procedures
• Record water data and identify operational variances

Requirements:

• Willingness to work 12-hour days
• Availability for a 14-on, 14-off rotation
• Ability to take direction from team leaders
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Commitment to PCE safety policies and regulations
