IT Field Operations Coordinator

Support Fort St. John operations through infrastructure systems, cybersecurity, and technical coordination from PCE's Fort St. John office.

Pacific Canbriam Energy Limited seeks an IT Field Operations Coordinator supporting employees, contractors, and consultants across multiple disciplines and locations. You will collaborate with Site IT and Operations to optimize IT systems, telecommunications, and infrastructure. The position provides technical support across Fort St. John staff and remote sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support site infrastructure systems, applications, and voice communications
• Manage servers, desktops, data center interactions, and network security
• Support SCADA and PLC systems for operational functionality
• Implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols
• Troubleshoot VoIP systems, conference rooms, and network cabling

Requirements:

• Technical expertise across IT infrastructure and applications
• Ability to support users, contractors, and consultants
• Knowledge of networks, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications
• Ability to coordinate vendors, Site IT, and Operations teams

Coordinate field technology for PCE through infrastructure support, cybersecurity implementation, SCADA assistance, and reliable communications systems.
