As Retail E-Commerce Analyst, you will work with the E-Commerce Manager on product updates, promotions, collections, and website operations. The role combines e-commerce execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will collaborate with Category, Creative & Storytelling, Planning & Inventory, Supply Chain, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product listings, imagery, pricing, descriptions, and promotions
- Check website content, functionality, and shopping experience regularly
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, assets, samples, and timelines
- Monitor availability, stockouts, fulfillment issues, and resolutions
- Analyze sales, product performance, metrics, trends, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Approximately 1-3 years in e-commerce, digital operations, or related roles
- Strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management
- Clear communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities
- Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
