Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs Review procurement agreements across diverse vendor categories Negotiate partnership, reseller, and distributor agreements Advise on product terms, privacy, and data protection Build playbooks, templates, and legal workflows using AI tools Requirements:
Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree Canadian provincial or US state bar membership in good standing Three to five years’ commercial transactional practice Working knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR Strong drafting, negotiation, and plain-language advisory skills Bring practical commercial judgment, SaaS contracting expertise, and AI fluency to 1Password’s growing legal team.
