Lead procurement and supply chain operations at 1911 Gold Corporation’s True North Mine in Bissett, Manitoba. Manage sourcing, contracts, and logistics primarily onsite. This full-time, permanent Supply Chain Manager supports gold mining operations through vendor management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. The position works with Operations, Maintenance, Processing, and Finance to support safe, efficient, uninterrupted mining and milling. Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities:
Develop procurement and category strategies for mining supplies Source, negotiate, and award purchase orders and agreements Monitor vendor performance, audits, and corrective actions Administer mining services, maintenance, and logistics contracts Lead inventory, warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities Requirements:
Eight to ten years of progressive supply chain experience Experience managing vendors, contracts, inventory, and logistics Strong procurement, negotiation, and contract management skills Experience with ERP, inventory, and procurement systems Previous leadership or supervisory experience Apply supply chain leadership, commercial judgment, and procurement expertise to support True North Mine operations in Manitoba.
