This RPN position supports residents according to standards of practice while offering leadership to personal care staff. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and casual schedules. You will develop care plans, supervise staff, orient new team members, and communicate effectively in English. Current provincial registration is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resident care plans
- Review and evaluate resident care plans
- Plan and supervise personal care staff work
- Evaluate personal care staff performance
- Orient and train new team members
Requirements:
- Current registration with a provincial College of Nurses
- Compassion, professionalism, and respect
- Effective English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Availability for day or night shifts
- Full-time, part-time, or casual availability
