Extendicare is seeking a Part-time Dietitian to support nutrition and hydration programs for residents. You will assess residents, create care plans, and collaborate with the Dietary Manager and Director of Care to meet individual nutritional needs.
You will review seasonal menus, educate residents and families, and participate in interdisciplinary teams ensuring quality indicators are met. A strong background in geriatric nutrition and RAI MDS 2.0 is preferred.
