Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this permanent full-time position manages payment activity for a national dental clinic network. You will maintain accurate supplier records, coordinate approvals, and address exceptions with vendors and internal teams. Process consistency and timely completion are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and payment workflows
- Coordinate approvals and payment details with clinic teams
- Liaise with vendors to update accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment distribution methods consistently across the network
- Contribute to standardized processes, automation, and system enhancements
Requirements:
- Two or more years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and disciplined accuracy
- Structured approach to problem-solving and multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ERP, OCR, process improvement, automation, or French experience is an asset
