This permanent full-time Finance role supports centralized Accounts Payable operations across more than 500 clinics. You will coordinate with clinics, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining records and resolving discrepancies. The work emphasizes Excel, organization, communication, and analytical problem-solving within established workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor payments across the national clinic network
- Confirm payment details and approvals with clinics and internal teams
- Reconcile suppliers and resolve vendor account discrepancies
- Support month-end entries, reimbursements, refunds, and card processing
- Identify exceptions and support automation and process improvements
Requirements:
- Two or more years in Accounts Payable or finance
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Business Central, OCR, automation, or French experience is an asset
