Performance Strategy Associate – Canada in Toronto

This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture. As a Partners in Performance – Performance Strategy Associate, those results could impact some of the world’s largest companies. This role combines analysis with outcomes in a way that will challenge and develop you, all the time with the full support and mentoring of your fellow Partners in Performance colleagues. Once the recommendations built on your analysis are agreed to, you can expect to collaborate with clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to help make them happen. Whether it is process improvement, supply chain optimization, or back-office transformation, you will help turn your recommendations into results for your clients.

Basic Qualifications

• Ms with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2026/2027 or Spring/Summer 2027
• 2+ years of post-undergraduate work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients
• Demonstrated passion for results
• Strong communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure and to use visual tools when communicating insights
• Above average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI advantageous)
• Natural Resources industry experience
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with on-site travel comprising approximately 70% of the role

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

• Hourly Salary Range British Columbia/Ontario/New Brunswick $57.24 to $81.27
