HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Wage: $27.00 per hour
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Super8 Salmon Arm is seeking a reliable and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Assist cleaners with their duties when required.
• Coordinate work activities with other departments.
• Establish and manage staff work schedules.
• Arrange maintenance, repairs, renovations, and replacement of furnishings or equipment.
• Receive payments for specialized cleaning services.

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
