Key Responsibilities:
- Own AR reporting and forecasting initiatives
- Oversee collections strategy for improved cash flow
- Directly manage and develop AR team members
- Conduct thorough customer credit assessments
- Resolve complex credit and billing discrepancies
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
- 10+ years in Accounts Receivable or Credit roles
- 5+ years in a senior management role
- Strong analytical and credit assessment skills
- ERP systems experience, JDE preferred
