Supervise youth substance use treatment at Sea Mar Community Health Centers while providing direct services, groups, intakes, and assessments.
This Clinical Supervisor oversees outpatient providers and support staff at the site. The position coordinates clinical and administrative procedures with the Behavioral Health Program Manager. It also supports development of a co-occurring program for the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mental health and substance use outpatient providers
- Provide direct services, groups, intakes, and assessments
- Review clinical documentation and electronic progress notes
- Conduct weekly file reviews and corrective actions
- Coordinate caseloads, productivity, data, and quality improvement
Requirements:
- Ability to supervise clinical and nonclinical site staff
- Knowledge of patient-centered service delivery requirements
- Ability to protect client information under HIPAA requirements
- Ability to support required substance use services
- Ability to coordinate with managers and referral agencies
