As a Dental Assistant I, you will assist providers across multiple procedures using four-handed dentistry. The position combines patient communication, charting, vitals, infection control, and clinic operations. You will also help maintain accurate documentation in Dentrix and Allscripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide four-handed chairside assistance across multiple dental procedures
- Greet and escort patients while protecting comfort and confidentiality
- Record charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and quality improvement
Requirements:
- Complete a formal Dental Assistant program or have one-plus year experience
- Hold Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration
- Obtain BLS CPR within 90 days of hire
- Demonstrate infection control and patient communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
