Lead outpatient behavioral health programs at Sea Mar Community Health Centers, overseeing staff, contracts, quality, and client-centered services across Washington State. The Behavioral Health Program Manager manages substance use disorder, mental health, and child and family programs at one site. This position provides administrative supervision, coordinates with the Behavioral Health Regional Director, and administers department policies. The manager also oversees county and site contracts while supporting culturally aware, dignity-preserving care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all site staff administratively and mental health staff clinically when required
- Oversee outpatient mental health and substance use disorder contracts
- Ensure compliance with County, State, WAC, and contract requirements
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance reviews regularly
- Coordinate with oversight agencies and community organizations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of behavioral health program administration and outpatient services
- Ability to implement administrative, personnel, treatment, and records procedures
- Ability to monitor productivity, budgets, training, and documentation
