Use negotiation and analysis to recover Personal Loan and Card Product balances as a Recoveries Officer with RBC in Mississauga. The position operates full time.
You will analyze client information to assess recovery potential and provide repayment options. The work includes customer care, negotiation, risk identification, and operational compliance. You will communicate with RBC partners and employees across Canada and worldwide while supporting Personal and Commercial Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound and receive incoming client calls
- Assess recovery potential using available client information
- Provide repayment options and collection recommendations
- Identify risks and escalate appropriate situations
- Resolve issues while mitigating operational risk
Requirements:
- Two or more years of recoveries or collections experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Negotiation, analytical, and decision-making ability
- Availability for specified weekday, Saturday, and late shifts
