Lead procedural systems with C++ expertise on Ubisoft’s Anvil Pipeline World Building team, supporting multiple productions from its technology platform. As team lead, you will collaborate with World Building leadership, a technical lead, and the domain technical director. You will help execute the roadmap, understand supported systems, and guide decisions, priorities, and deliverables. The position combines people leadership with production planning and technical coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Plan milestones and sprints with leaders and collaborators Create, prioritize, assign, and track daily tasks Monitor team progress against expected deliverables Identify risks and blockers, proposing solutions to management Support employee development and performance evaluations Requirements:
Leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills Effective collaboration with leaders and key collaborators Strong time management and prioritization skills Experience with the full development cycle of an AAA game Knowledge of C++ and Perforce, Visual Studio, Jira, Office 365 Bring procedural systems leadership, roadmap coordination, and C++ knowledge to Ubisoft’s Anvil Pipeline World Building team.
