As Team Lead, Land Development, you will grow Egis Canada’s subdivisions practice and guide engineering, planning, design, and project management professionals. You will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership while supporting client satisfaction, project delivery, and financial results. The position manages projects across their full development lifecycle and builds relationships with developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the subdivisions team Oversee projects through municipal acceptance Serve developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies Drive business development and practice growth Manage revenue, profitability, utilization, and project health Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning, or related discipline Ontario P.Eng., R.P.P., or C.E.T. registration 15 years of progressive land development experience Knowledge of subdivision approvals and development agreements English communication skills and valid driver’s license Bring subdivision approvals, financial management, and team leadership expertise to Egis Canada’s Ottawa land development practice.
